My role at SVDP included working with the wider L&D team to develop and deliver eLearning, digital learning solutions, and blended learning solutions for a variety of stakeholders including around 12,000 volunteers, members, and staff members on Litmos LMS.

Our last projects included rolling out an LMS and Member Induction Program to around 3,500 members. This program won Gold at the LearnX Awards in 2020.

3 years after I left my position at Vinnies, they reached out to me again and I developed 19 instructional videos with subtitles, voiceovers, and accompanying quick reference guides, 2 eLearning modules, and a workshop package (presentation and facilitator guide) for the launch of their new website for members.
